TERRY FOX HOUSE

Male Youth | Ages 12-17 at time of charge | Youth Justice Involvement

Terry Fox House (TFH) is a 24/7 live-in program for young men charged with an offense and referred for open custody or detention. We provide counseling, educational assistance, employment services, life skills development, and transitional planning to support reintegration. Our goal is to increase self-efficacy, reduce recidivism, and provide effective alternatives to closed custody, lowering societal costs and preventing deeper system involvement. We connect youth to community programs and services for skill building and addressing factors contributing to offending behavior. While primarily serving the Greater Toronto Area, we can occasionally accept referrals from other regions.

01. Referral

We accept referrals from various sources, including probation, crown, defense, community organizations, and self-referrals, depending on the program.
