Our Adult Community Justice Programs deliver supports to individuals in the justice system in Ontario. We offer diversion and accountability programs to those 18+ who have been charged and referred to us by probation and/or crown attorneys.
We accept referrals from various sources, including probation, crown, defense, community organizations, and self-referrals, depending on the program.
02. Intake
Our team will contact the individual within a few business days to explain the program, its benefits, and gather information about their needs.
03. Program Delivery
The individual will start the program and be assigned a key staff member for ongoing support and progress check-ins.
04. Completion
Upon completion, a final report will be sent to the referring agent, and additional supports may be provided. Feedback will be collected to improve our services.
