Individuals of legal working age; must be resident of Ontario and eligible to work in Canada.

Who can access Springboard’s Employment Services?

Our services are available to job seekers of all backgrounds. To qualify for case-managed Employment Services, clients must:

  • Be a resident of Ontario
  • Be of legal working age
  • Be eligible to work in Canada:
      1. Canadian citizens
      2. Permanent residents
      3. Refugees with valid work permits
      4. Protected persons under IRPA with valid work authorization
      5. Individuals with an Open Work Permit (Employer-specific work permits are not eligible)

Strengthen your resume, interview skills, and job readiness through workshops and one-on-one coaching.

Receive expert support in job development, job trials, interviews, and placements to secure a lasting and fulfilling full-time role.
