The developmental services sector is in dire need of affordable housing across Ontario, with over 28,000 people waiting for housing-related support. This project can help meet that need by providing high-quality, deeply affordable supportive housing.
The new 6-storey building will contain 19 affordable homes dedicated to adults with developmental disabilities. Residents will live independently, but Springboard will be there to provide tailored supports to individuals to ensure they’re able to thrive in their new homes.
