Sudha Dwivedi, a dedicated Springboard Board member since 2022, brings over 30 years of Human Resources experience and is Chief People and Culture Officer at Interac. Her lifelong commitment to community service, inspired by her family’s values and history of philanthropy, has fueled her passion for supporting organizations that align with her belief in inclusion. As Chair of the People & Culture Committee, she contributes her expertise with pro bono coaching to staff, particularly women and people from marginalized communities, helping them navigate their careers. Sudha is a strong supporter of Springboard’s Annual Golf Event not only leveraging her experience and network to secure key contributions to ensure the event’s success.
