At Springboard, we believe in the power of community to create meaningful change. Together, we celebrate milestones and embrace inclusion, creating a community where everyone belongs. We do this through our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and with events like our Annual Golf Event, Staff Event, and the Annual Celebration of Achievements. These initiatives bring together staff and community stakeholders, fostering connections to best support the people we serve.
Our Annual Staff Event is a time for the Springboard team to come together, foster connections, and engage in personal and professional development. Each year, the event features workshops, discussions, and team-building activities to encourage skill enhancement and team cohesion while celebrating our shared accomplishments.
Since its inception in 1990, the Annual Golf Event has been a highlight event, offering participants a chance to enjoy a round of golf, delicious food and refreshments, and network with other business leaders. The event also features a live auction, where attendees can bid on fantastic items while contributing to a great cause.
The Annual Celebration of Achievements honours Springboard’s accomplishments from the previous year and sets the stage for our future goals. Bringing together stakeholders from the community, government representatives, community partners, staff, and program participants in a shared celebration of the impact of our work. With inspiring client stories and recognition of key milestones, the event highlights Springboard’s programs and services and continued success.
