Individualized goals and budgets created to support individuals through the multi-year residential planning program. Staff support individuals in our SIL programs with various activities, providing about 10 hours of support each week.

Participation in Springboard’s community-based programs for individuals with developmental disabilities requires a referral through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO). The DSO is responsible for assessing eligibility, prioritizing needs, and guiding individuals through the referral process.

Note: Please note, the waitlist can be lengthy, and placement is based on individual needs. While we collaborate closely with the DSO, Springboard is not responsible for selecting or prioritizing participants for our services.
